More Laws. We don't have enough laws right now. Lets make more. Also I don't think we have enough government either. I think we need to grow our governement untill it cost .66$ from every dollar earned. When we have 2 government officials following each citizen, then we will be safe and happy. Also we will need someone to watch the 2 government officials to be watched too. Let's task the UN with that. After all they brought us such great international success stories as Oil for Food, Nuclear Iran and of course North Korea. I think we also should microchip the shoulder of every human being in the US (just like my dog has). That way, if your government watcher dies, a new on can be dispatched to your current location.
